- Advised Apis Partners on the establishment of its private equity fund Apis Growth Fund II ($560m) targeting financial services investments across Africa, South Asia and South East Asia, a single DFI investor co-investment vehicle and a multi-strategy fund-of-one with a large US institutional investor ($115m)
- Advised HSBC on a series of large secondary transactions comprised of direct sales and sales to newly formed HSBC managed vehicles totalling in excess of $2bn of commitments
- Advised Equistone on the establishment of its private equity fund Equistone Partners Europe Fund VI (€2.8 billion), carried interest structure and on ongoing operational matter across its funds
- Advised Five Arrows Managers (Rothschild Group) on the establishment of Five Arrows Debt Partners III (€1.25 billion)
- Advised 3i Group in relation to its carried interest and team co-investment structures
- Advised African Capital Alliance on the establishment of its West African private equity fund CAPE IV ($570 million)
- Advised Primary Capital on the establishment of Primary V, focused on UK growth companies
- Advised Mizuho Bank on the secondary sale of a $170 million portfolio of fund interests
- Advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the secondary sale of a $350 million portfolio of 45 fund interests to Coller Capital
- Advised QSuper on the sale of a $500m fund interest to a group of buyers
- Advised Verod Capital Management on the establishment of its private equity fund Verod Capital Growth Fund III ($200m), targeting mid-sized growth companies in Anglophone West Africa
- Advised Allianz in connection with the formation of its second UK infrastructure debt fund
- Advised Arcus Infrastructure Partners on the establishment of its pan-European infrastructure fund, Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 2 as well as Arcus' €800 million general partner led secondary with respect to Arcus European Infrastructure Fund
- Advised Bridgepoint in connection with the formation of its first and second credit funds and major separately managed account with a leading global markets firm
- Advises Credit Suisse, HSBC, Partners Group and Mercer Investments in relation to their investments in various funds and JV arrangements across a variety of asset classes
