Lucy Stoy is a commercial litigator with particular expertise in high-value and high-profile disputes.
Lucy specialises in advising on crisis management issues arising out of litigation and criminal/regulatory investigations. She has experience managing litigation in numerous international jurisdictions and spent 18 months working in the Asia-Pacific region. She also spent six months seconded to the litigation team of a global financial institution.
Lucy is experienced in complex disputes involving financial institutions and financial products. She also has particular experience in media law, public law, international criminal law and human rights.
Lucy is the lead associate for several of the firm's key pro bono clients including the African Prisons Project and the RSPB.

- Acting for an international organisation in litigation involving international immunity from suit and related privileges
- Representing clients in judicial reviews and public law proceedings in the English High Court
- Advising several international NGOs in relation to proceedings in the International Criminal Court
- Advising and assisting clients in relation to the European Convention on Human Rights and related national legislation
- Offering ongoing libel and defamation advice to an international news and media organisation
