- Telefonica Tech on its £340m acquisition of Cancom UK & Ireland, a cloud services business based in the UK
- Prior to joining Clifford Chance Lourenço was involved in advising:
- The winning consortium on the purchase of a majority stake in Portugal's leading motorway operator
- A PE fund on the acquisition of an online real estate classified ads platform in Portugal, Spain and Italy
- Metro AG on the acquisition of the second-largest food service distribution player in Portugal
