Louise Asbridge specialises in advising lenders (senior & mezzanine) and borrowers on the financing of real estate and real estate related intercreditor arrangements, restructuring and enforcement.
Louise advises on a range of complex cross-border finance transactions across different asset classes (including student accommodation, logistics, social housing, development, office and retail) and non-performing loan portfolios. She also has significant experience of restructuring and investment grade financings.
- Acted for an investment fund as lender in relation to the acquisition financing of Billing Aquadrome Holiday Park, the second largest holiday park in the UK.
- Acted for Davidson Kempner on the financing, subsequent refinancing, and sale of the Chariot portfolio of NCP operated car parks.
- Acted for Four Seasons Healthcare on its super senior term loan facility, secured note issuances and related restructuring.
- Acted for Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board as mezzanine lender of the £240 million mezzanine development financing of Quintain's masterplan for the redevelopment of the Wembley Estate and agreeing the associated intercreditor arrangements with respect to the £560 million senior development financing provided by Wells Fargo and AIG as joint lead arrangers.
