Lee Huang Quek specialises in the establishment, offering and operation of private funds, including private equity, private debt, clean energy, real estate and secondaries funds.
Her experience includes advising: (i) investors on the terms of their investments in such funds and on a range of JVs and IMAs with asset managers; and (ii) fund sponsors on their carried interest and co-investment arrangements. She also advises on fund-related aspects of corporate transactions.

- Advising a large US fund manager on the establishment and offering of its joint venture clean energy and infrastructure club fund (with a first close of US$605 million of commitments)
- Advising a well known UK based fund manager on the establishment and offering of its (target) £1 billion private equity fund
- Advising a Mauritian fund manager on the formation and offering of its (target) US$60 million private equity fund
