Jennifer Xue is a Senior Associate in our London Corporate practice and advises UK and international corporate clients on a range of significant corporate transactions, specialising in public and private M&A.
She has experience working in London and Australia on cross-border and domestic acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and mergers. Jennifer also has experience advising a range of listed clients on Board and corporate governance advisory matters, including completing a secondment to Unilever PLC.
