Dr. Dani Rabinowitz specialises in UK and EU competition law, advising businesses on international merger control, foreign direct investment, UK national security, complex antitrust investigations, UK subsidy control, EU State aid and general competition law compliance. Dani advises across a wide range of sectors, with particular focus on energy, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and defence.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Dani was a research fellow in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Oxford and has published two books with Oxford University Press.
