Alexander Scordino is a senior associate in the Private Funds Group.
Alexander has experience of advising sponsors on the establishment and operation of a range of private funds, including those within the private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and growth capital sectors, together with the legal and regulatory issues relevant to such funds' operation and management. He has also had experience with the establishment of carry and co-investment schemes and of advising prospective investors on investments in private funds.
