Hélène Kouyaté joined the Financial Regulation Services practice of Clifford Chance in Paris in 2012. She is an Avocat à la Cour, member of the Paris bar and a graduate of the University of Paris II Assas and Paris I Sorbonne and has a PhD degree in law.

Hélène advises major international and French regulated entities on regulatory requirements relating notably to ESG, prudential capital, governance and resolution. She also regularly assists on regulatory matters banking and financial groups on their M&A and reorganisation projects.
Hélène is also a lecturer at the Master 2 of International Economic Law at the University of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne.
