Vinayak's experience comprises Investor-State arbitrations and complex commercial arbitration cases, with a focus on Europe, Asia and the MENA region.

He advises clients in disputes in a variety of sectors, including oil & gas, renewable energy, infrastructure projects, aerospace, as well as in disputes arising from M&A transactions and construction contracts.

His experience includes advising:
