Paul Hauser represents clients in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings, particularly under ICC and DIS rules as well as ad hoc arbitrations. Paul also has vast litigation experience in Germany. His practice comprises all sorts of commercial disputes, with a special focus on post M&A disputes as well as the energy and consumer goods & retail and telecommunications sector.

Paul is part of our global International Arbitration Group and also a lecturer for arbitration and civil procedural law at Goethe University Frankfurt and Bucerius Law School Hamburg. He has served as a regional co-chair for the German Institution of Arbitration's (DIS) initiative of young arbitrators (DIS40) in Frankfurt from 2015 to 2018. Paul Hauser has sat as an arbitrator in ICC and DIS arbitration proceedings. 

Paul Hauser vertritt Mandanten in nationalen und internationalen Schiedsverfahren nach den Regeln aller maßgeblichen Schiedsinstitutionen (insbesondere ICC und DIS) und verfügt zudem über umfangreiche Gerichtserfahrung in Deutschland. Er berät in streitigen wirtschaftsrechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen mit einem Fokus auf Post M&A Disputes und auf Streitigkeiten in den Sektoren Energie, Konsumgüter und Telekommunikation.

Paul Hauser ist Mitglied unserer globalen International Arbitration Group und zudem Lehrbeauftragter für Schieds- und Zivilverfahrensrecht an der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt und an der Bucerius Law School Hamburg. Von 2015 bis 2018 war er Regionalkoordinator der DIS40 in Frankfurt. Paul Hauser verfügt über Erfahrung als Schiedsrichter in ICC- und DIS-Schiedsverfahren.
