Kristina Thelen is a member of the firm's global Healthcare, Life Sciences and Chemicals industry group. She advises leading and international companies, investors, and industrial associations on all legal matters with regard to the development and marketing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and life science products.
Kristina supports the development of innovative business models, e.g. in the areas of artificial intelligence, health tech and digitalisation in the healthcare sector. Her main areas of practice include unfair competition law and product liability law.
