Woo is a Counsel in the firm’s Corporate/M&A Group, based in Hong Kong. He advises Korean and multinational clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on cross‑border M&A transactions, including both inbound and outbound deals. He also advises on greenfield plant development projects, supporting clients from the early planning stages through to implementation, including feasibility studies, site selection, incentive negotiations, and the negotiation and execution of investment and development agreements.

Woo has extensive experience advising on projects across a wide range of industry sectors, including automotive, healthcare, steel, defence, semiconductors, financial services, energy, telecommunications, and others.
