Lorna has over 16 years of experience in equity and debt capital markets transactions. She regularly advises Chinese companies and investment banks for global offerings and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SIX Swiss Exchange and London Stock Exchange. Lorna also advises listed companies on their regulatory compliance matters as well as other equity-linked transactions.
