Jenny Zhi is registered foreign lawyer in the Hong Kong office and a member of the APAC Private Funds Group.

Jenny focuses on structuring and establishment of international private investment funds across different strategies, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and fund of funds. 

Jenny also advises on the structuring and execution of liquidity solutions including continuation vehicles and other secondary transactions as well as LP portfolio sale. 

Jenny has substantive experience in representing investors in making investments in private funds, co-investment projects and separately managed accounts across asset classes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jenny was in the private funds practice at another international law firm in Hong Kong.
