Greg Chan

Greg specialises in structured finance, derivatives, securitisation and debt capital market transactions. He also regularly advises on financial regulatory matters and projects.

Greg obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is fluent in Chinese and English.

Admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales.
