- Advised Platinum Equity Partners (Platinum Equity) on its acquisition of Fischer Tech Ltd, a SGX-listed company that manufactures and supplies plastic precision components for a wide range of products including automobiles, consumer electronics, computers and medical devices
- Advised Goldman Sachs and Citi (and the other arrangers) on the US$4.5 billion take-private acquisition financing of GLP (listed in Singapore) by a consortium led by Hopu and Hillhouse
