Aleksander Tombiński advises clients on all aspects of competition law and represents them before the European Commission and national competition authorities. He focuses on complex investigations into abuse of market power and anti-competitive agreements as well as EU and multi-jurisdictional merger notifications across a wide range of industries. He also advises clients on tech regulation and state aid matters.
