Clifford Chance advises Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of Berlin data centre site from Aventos
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised pan-European investment manager Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of a 28,400 square metres plot in Berlin for a data centre development. Tristan is acquiring the project from Aventos through its managed fund Episo 6.
Located at Nonnendammallee 61 in Berlin’s Siemensstadt district, the site will host three data centre buildings with a substation and reception building. Aventos obtained a connected load of 63MVA for the property ahead of the sale.

Clifford Chance berät Tristan Capital Partners beim Erwerb eines Berliner Rechenzentrums-Projekts von Aventos
Die globale Anwaltskanzlei Clifford Chance hat den paneuropäischen Investmentmanager Tristan Capital Partners beim Erwerb eines 28.400 Quadratmeter großen Grundstücks in Berlin für die Entwicklung eines Rechenzentrums beraten. Tristan erwirbt das Projekt über seinen verwalteten Fonds Episo 6 von Aventos.
Auf dem Grundstück in der Nonnendammallee 61 im Berliner Stadtteil Siemensstadt werden drei Rechenzentrumsgebäude sowie ein Umspannwerk und ein Empfangsgebäude entstehen. Aventos hatte noch vor dem Verkauf eine angeschlossene Leistung von 63 MVA für das Grundstück gesichert.
