Kevin J. Lehpamer Joins Clifford Chance's Americas Corporate Team as an M&A Partner

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announced that Kevin J. Lehpamer has joined the Firm's Corporate team as a partner in New York. Lehpamer's practice concentrates on M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.

Lehpamer joins Clifford Chance from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he was involved in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. He also regularly advised boards of directors of Fortune 500 and multinational companies on governance issues and fiduciary obligations.
