Clifford Chance advises TRIUVA on the acquisition of "Hamburg Two Towers"

Clifford Chance has advised TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH on the acquisition of the "Hamburg Two Towers" building, the future headquarters of Commerzbank in Hamburg, as part of a share deal. The vendor is a subsidiary of Orion European Real Estate Fund IV, which is managed by Orion Capital Managers.

"Hamburg Two Towers" was completed in 2005 and has a total area of around 20,000 square metres. The building has 19 floors and is currently in the process of being completely refurbished. Commerzbank Hamburg is due to move in at the end of 2016.

The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Dr. Christian Keilich and comprised associate Jörg Reinshagen (both Real Estate), partner Dr. Jan Grabbe (Tax), partner Dr. Jörg Rhiel and senior associate Carmen Büker (both Corporate) – all Frankfurt.

Clifford Chance had already advised TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in October 2015 on the purchase of the Shell building in Berlin from Orion European Real Estate Fund IV, C.V.
