Clifford Chance wins multiple Private Equity titles in three sets of international awards
The Clifford Chance Private Equity team enjoyed a number of award wins in the following three sets of international awards.
Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) awarded the Clifford Chance in the 2016 Global PERE Awards for the following titles:
- European Law Firm of the Year – Fund Formation
- European Law Firm of the Year – Transactions
In its awards editorial commenting, PERE stated: "To say that London-based law firm Clifford Chance has dominated the Fund Formation Europe category would be an understatement. The magic circle firm, led by Nigel Hatfield, has now won the title 10 years in a row, a feat achieved by no other firm in any category."
In addition, the Private Equity International (PEI) Awards 2016 has named Clifford Chance:
- Law Firm of the Year in Europe (Fund Formation)
- Law Firm of the Year in Europe (Transactions)
- Law Firm of the Year in Asia (Fund Formation)
- Law Firm of the Year in Asia (Transactions)
Clifford Chance has also been voted by PEI's readers as winners in the Infrastructure Investor Annual Awards 2016 for the following three categories:
- Europe Law Firm of the year
- Middle East Law Firm of the year
- Latin America Law Firm of the year
Clifford Chance has won the Infrastructure Investor Annual Awards title of Europe Law Firm of the Year for seven consecutive years.
