Clifford Chance won the IFLR Middle East International Law Firm of the Year for the fifth time in six years at last night's award ceremony, topping off a night that saw the firm pick up a further eight awards.

As well as winning Middle East International Law Firm of The Year, Clifford Chance also collected awards in the following categories:

• Debt and equity-linked deal of the year for the Saudi GACA sukuk
• Equity deal of the year for the Zain KSA rights issue
• M&A deal of the year for the Mannai acquisition of Damas International
• Project finance deal of the year for Mostorod
• Restructuring deal of the year for the Nakheel restructuring
• Debt and equity-linked team of the year
• Equity team of the year
• Restructuring team of the year

For the seventh consecutive year Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm, with whom Clifford Chance has a co-operation agreement in Saudi Arabia, won "Saudi Arabian Law Firm of the Year" confirming the association's reputation in the Kingdom.
