With more than 25 years of experience, Rodrigo is actively involved in advising both Spanish entities as well as international investors in a wide range of sophisticated transactions, with a strong focus on the real estate sector and leveraged finance generally.
- A consortium of private investors, led by Uvesco CEO, on the acquisition of Uvesco from PAI Partners.
- A syndicate of banks on the refinancing of the Swiftair Group.
- Eurazeo Global Investors on the financing to Buenavista Equity Partners for the partial refinancing of the acquisition of the Evidenze Group, a leading global CRO specializing in Biotechs and Small & Medium Pharma or MedTech.
- A syndicate of banks in relation to the refinancing of the indebtedness of Madrid Xanadú shopping centre.
- CaixaBank on the development facilities granted to Culmia in relation to Lot 3 and Lot 4 of the Madrid regional government’s Plan VIVE affordable housing project.
- CaixaBank on the development facilities granted to Avalon Properties in relation to Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the Madrid regional government’s Plan VIVE affordable housing project.
- Eroski on the refinancing of its €1 billion senior financial debt through an issuance of senior secured notes along with three bank facilities.
