Where do you want to work?

Our outlook and client-base are very much in tune with the escalating global interest in Poland.

While the office is predominantly staffed by Polish nationals, most of our lawyers have lived and worked overseas and are at least bilingual in English and Polish. Our culture reflects this international profile and the office itself is informal, transparently managed and very hands-on. Wherever possible, we encourage our lawyers to work closely in teams with clients and with other specialists from across the firm's European network. Secondments to our other international offices are available and encouraged.

Warsaw is, above all else, a hugely friendly place to live and work. The office, based in new, spacious premises, may be fast-growing but we are a close-knit, sociable, team - and proud of it. And outside the office, the city has a lot to offer. Warsaw has come a very long way in a short time, and the lifestyle here is superb by any standards.

Opportunities for qualified lawyers across our global practice.

Clifford Chance ranks amongst the market leaders in banking, finance, capital markets, projects, corporate, real estate and private equity. This is a large, predominantly Polish, office which is experiencing strong organic growth.

This is a full-service operation, with a balanced mix of substantial domestic and international clients.

Clifford Chance has built a strong presence and reputation as the leading international law firm in the region, with offices in Bucharest, Kyiv, Moscow, Prague and Warsaw. The firm's offices individually and collectively continue to earn many accolades; most recently Chambers 2008 'Law Firm of the Year' for Central and Eastern Europe.

  • Learn legal skills as well as business skills, such as being cost-effective in client-focused domestic and cross-border project management.
  • Gain insight into best-practice transfer of the latest market standards via the Clifford Chance global network of offices.
  • Work with integrated teams qualified under English Common Law, US Law and local law advising clients in all major jurisdictions.
  • We were one of the first law firms to become a 'Sustaining Partner' of the Public Interest Law Institute(PILI), and helped them establish a Russian Pro Bono Clearing House. PILI advances human rights around the world by stimulating public interest in legal advocacy.
