Our key focus remains in-bound and out-bound client work project finance, securities issues, other cross-border financial debt restructuring and merger and acquisition activity. The telecoms, transportation, oil and gas and electricity sectors are ripe with opportunity. Securitisation and asset-backed finance are also gaining momentum, and our leading position worldwide in these matters provide clients with commercially sensitive advice.
