Workplace Harassment – Recognition of Environmental Sexual Harassment

The French Supreme Court (Cour de cassation1) has held that sexual harassment may be established where an employee is repeatedly exposed to conduct of a sexual or sexist nature, even if they are not the direct target of such conduct.
