Amendment to the Labour Code is now heading to the Senate

Several key changes to the Labour Code are being prepared in order to transpose two EU directives, which we informed you of in our first and second client briefings and during the client workshop. These include changes to how remote working (including reimbursement of expenses), agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship and electronic delivery of documents will be regulated, as well as extending the employers' obligation to inform. Below we summarise the current wording of the amendment, which has passed the third reading in the Chamber of Deputies and is heading to the Senate.
