Have things become clearer or are we in the same place as before?
On 4 May 2022 the Supreme Court issued its third judgment on revolving credit cards, and the first in favour of banks.
The flood of reactions in the media prompted a press release from the Supreme Court's Technical Cabinet, which sought to contain the controversy surrounding the ruling. The press release asserts that the judgment does not make any alterations to existing case law on the matter.
