On 21 April 2020, the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RF (the "Supreme Court") issued guidance on a range of issues in various areas of law (the "Overview") as concerns the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic (the "Pandemic"), restrictive measures imposed by public authorities at various levels on contractual relations (the "Measures"), and procedural issues.
