This Alert considers the Environment Agency's new enforcement policy for the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) which takes a lenient approach to meeting the 5 December 2015 compliance deadline.  It also notes proposals to abolish the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme and replace it with a new form of Climate Change Levy.
