New Listing Rules of the Moscow Exchange come into force (Russian)

On 9 June 2014, a new version of the listing rules (the "New Listing Rules") of the Moscow Exchange (formerly known as MICEX) will enter into force . They introduce a number of significant changes, including with respect to corporate governance of the issuers. We discuss some of the most important amendments.
