New UAE Cape Town entry point

The General Civil Aviation Authority of the United Arab Emirates ("GCAA") has declared that its aircraft registry will be the Authorizing Entry Point ("AEP") in the UAE for filings on the International Register relating to the Cape Town Convention. This declaration will become effective from 24 November 2011 and, accordingly, filings will no longer be made through the Dubai law firm that had previously served as the AEP for the UAE.
