New Information Disclosure Rules in Russia

Substantial changes to the rules governing information disclosure on the Russian securities market (the "New Disclosure Rules") have become effective today. The New Disclosure Rules were envisaged by the amendments to the Securities Market Law adopted back in October 2010.
