Michal Netanyahu is a partner in the Private Equity group in New York.

She advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies on a broad range of complex corporate matters. These include cross-border M&A, controlling and minority investments, restructurings, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, equity compensation arrangements, leveraged recapitalizations and general corporate matters.

  • Keysight Technologies on its sale of Spirent’s High Speed Ethernet and Network Security Testing Business, as part of Keysight’s acquisition of Spirent.
  • CVC on its US$925 million global carve-out acquisition of Therakos from Mallinckrodt.
  • CrowdStrike on its acquisition of Adaptive Shield.
  • Indo-Pacific Partnership for Prosperity (IP3) in leading the formation of a new coalition with Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), KKR, and other global investors to accelerate infrastructure investments in the emerging market partner economies of the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework.
