Jessica Springsteen (She/Her)
Jessica A. Springsteen is a member of the Americas Energy and Infrastructure Group. She regularly advises sponsors, commercial banks, multilateral organizations, and export credit agencies in all aspects of the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects worldwide, with a particular emphasis on Latin America. Jessica is a first generation Peruvian-American and is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

- four Panamanian subsidiaries of The AES Corporation, a US Fortune 500 power company, on the refinancing of an aggregate US$1.485 billion in existing debt and capital expenditures, which involved the issuance of notes via the capital markets, a loan facility and a revolving credit facility. The proceeds will refinance the outstanding debt of AES Panama, AES Changuinola, Gas Natural Atlantico, and Costa Norte LNG Terminal S.R.L. The four companies sum 1,212MW of generation capacity from eight facilities of hydropower, thermal, and wind sources
- IDB Invest as lender on the US$128.3 million financing for the purchase and conversion of a liquified natural gas carrier to a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU), which will be permanently moored at the port of Acajutla in El Salvador, to provide liquified natural gas regasification services to Energia del Pacifico Limitada de CV, a 378MW combined cycle thermal power plant
- the sponsor on the US$610 million bridge loan for the refinancing of AES Colón, a 380MW gas-fired power plant and an LNG terminal in Panama, provided by a syndicate of international and local banks

- a group of commercial banks and institutional investors in respect of the multi-tranche, multi-currency financing provided to a subsidiary of EIG for the development of the US$1.6 billion Cerro Dominador solar project, which is comprised of a 110MW concentrated solar project and a 100MW photovoltaic project. - IDB Invest, KfW and EKF on the US$108 million project financing for the Bicentenario 125.2MW renewable wind energy power plant located in the Province of Santa Cruz, Argentina
- IFC and IDB Invest in relation to the financing to a subsidiary of Central Puerto for the development and construction of the 100MW La Castellana wind farm in Argentina. The project is among the first round of projects tendered under Argentina's new RenovAr renewable energy program
- Italian, Belgium and Spanish commercial banks and ONDD, SACE and CESCE in the financing for the construction consortium in charge of the Third Locks expansion of the Panama Canal
- Natixis, Proparco, DEG, FMO, and US Ex-Im Bank in respect of the financing of the construction of the Marcona (32MW) and Tres Hermanas (90MW) wind farms in Peru
