Jeroen Ouwehand's practice is in financial, commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration, and he has ample experience in acting in cross border disputes across many industries and sectors. Jeroen also has recent expertise in climate litigation and in advising on ESG regulations. Jeroen is the former practice area lead for litigation and dispute resolution in Amsterdam and in Continental Europe.
Jeroen was the firm's Global Senior Partner from 2019 to 2023, and also set up and until recently lead the firm's Global ESG Board.
