Zoya Afridi is an associate in the firm's Capital Markets group in the New York office. Her practice focuses primarily on public and private capital markets and other general corporate transactions in the real estate sector. Zoya represents issuers on registered and private offerings of equity and debt securities, Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting and regulatory compliance. She also works with sponsors in the non-traded sector, including formation and capital raising transactions.
