Samuel Steinert is a legal consultant in Clifford Chance's Derivatives and Structured Products team in New York. Prior to joining the New York office he was an associate in Clifford Chance's London office.

Sam advises on a wide range of derivative and structured product transactions across a wide range of asset classes and structures with experience in synthetic risk transfer transactions, back-leverage arrangements, repos, secured lending, secured and vent driven hedging products and cryptoasset products.

He has experience acting for banks, asset managers, venture capital firms other financial investors, corporates and industry bodies in the course of his practice.
