Ronald Britt II advises a broad range of clients on complex corporate matters and commercial transactions relating to technology and intellectual property. He works closely with the Complex Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing team supporting the drafting and negotiation of business process and technology agreements.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ron served on active duty as a U.S. Army Officer in a variety of domestic and foreign assignments.
