Robert primarily advises agents, lenders, lessors, noteholders and other financial creditors in connection with a wide variety of U.S. and cross-border matters including financings, workouts and formal bankruptcy proceedings.

  • Cristalerías Toro SpA in connection with a Section 4(a)(2) private placement of US$60 million aggregate principal amount of fixed-rate notes with an eight-and-a-half year tenor
  • Represented the administrative agent under a secured aircraft financing facility in the chapter 11 cases of Waypoint Leasing Holdings and its affiliates
  • Represented a group of financial institutions in connection with hedging exposure claims in the chapter 11 cases of Seadrill Limited and its affiliates
  • Represented drilling rig lessors and secured parties in the chapter 11 cases of Paragon Offshore, Prospector Offshore Drilling and their affiliates
  • Represented a number of aircraft and aircraft equipment lessors in connection with the chapter 15 case concerning Air Berlin
