  • Represented the administrative agent under a secured aircraft financing facility in the chapter 11 cases of Waypoint Leasing Holdings and its affiliates
  • Represented a group of financial institutions in connection with hedging exposure claims in the chapter 11 cases of Seadrill Limited and its affiliates
  • Represented drilling rig lessors and secured parties in the chapter 11 cases of Paragon Offshore, Prospector Offshore Drilling and their affiliates
  • Represented a number of aircraft and aircraft equipment lessors in connection with the chapter 15 case concerning Air Berlin
