Olya's practice focuses on the establishment and operation of private investment funds in various sectors, including private debt, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and emerging markets, as well as related strategic transactions and internal arrangements. She also advises sponsors and investors in connection with complex secondary deals and fund restructurings.
