Olya's practice focuses on the establishment and operation of international private funds in various sectors, including private debt, private equity, real estate and emerging markets. Her experience also includes advising on the establishment and on-going operation of carried interest and coinvestment schemes of fund sponsors. In addition, Olya has also represented investors in relation to their proposed investment in various private funds.
