Lee Garza is an associate in the Global Tech Group’s Complex Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing (CCTO) team, based in the New York office. He advises on technology, data, and intellectual property aspects of complex commercial and strategic transactions and large‑scale outsourcing and sourcing arrangements, with a particular focus on AI‑enabled and data‑driven services.

Lee supports financial institutions, technology companies, and other global enterprises on large-scale technology and business process arrangements, including outsourcing and managed services transactions involving global delivery models, data‑intensive platforms, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. Their work spans domestic and cross‑border engagements and includes advising on governance, risk allocation, and operational frameworks addressing data use, regulatory compliance, and evolving technology models. In addition to his transactional practice, Lee is active in firm and community initiatives and serves as Co-Chair of the Latino Affinity Group for the Americas.
