Jed Tifft is an associate in the firm's Capital Markets group in the New York office. His practice focuses on representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets and other corporate finance transactions in the aviation, digital infrastructure, energy, real estate and specialty finance sectors.

Jed also counsels public companies in connection with annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements and compliance under US federal securities laws.

  • PIMCO in a US$27.3 billion 144A/Reg S bond offering by funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, funding a joint venture with Meta Platforms, Inc. (NYSE: Meta) for the development and operation of the 2,700-acre Hyperion Data Center in Richland Parish, Louisiana.
  • HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HASI) in connection with a registered offering of US$600 million of its 6.150% green senior unsecured notes due 2031 and US$400 million of its 6.750% green senior unsecured notes due 2035.
  • Underwriters in connection with a dual track, registered offering of €500 million of 3.625% senior notes due 2035 and US$500 million of 4.450% senior notes due 2030 issued by Eaton Capital Unlimited Company, a subsidiary of Eaton Corporation plc (NYSE: ETN).
  • TrueNoord Capital Designated Activity Company in connection with its inaugural 144A/Reg S offering of US$400 million of 8.750% senior unsecured notes due 2030.
  • Initial Purchasers in connection with multiple offerings for SMBC Aviation Capital Finance DAC, including US$750 million of its 5.250% senior unsecured notes due 2035 and US$500 million of its 5.100% senior unsecured notes due 2030.
  • Initial Purchasers in connection with Azorra Finance Limited's offering of US$550 million of its 7.250% senior unsecured notes due 2031.
  • Underwriters in connection with Broadstone Net Lease, Inc.'s (NYSE: BNL) registered offering of US$350 million of its 5.000% senior unsecured notes due 2032. 
  • National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA) in the establishment of an at-the-market (ATM) offering for up to US$400 million of its common shares.
  • National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA) in a private offering (Regulation D) of US$144 million of its Series B preferred shares.
  • Placement Agents in the establishment of an at-the-market (ATM) offering for Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT) of up to US$175 million of shares of its common stock.
  • Underwriters in connection with a US$100 million registered offering of 9.500% senior notes and a US$90 million registered offering of 9.125% senior notes for Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT). 
  • Initial Purchasers in an offering of approximately US$40 million of 7.75% convertible senior notes due 2027 for Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT).
  • Cantor Fitzgerald as co-sponsor of two qualified opportunity zone funds.
