Ishrath Ahmed is a bilingual (English-Bengali) associate in Clifford Chance’s transactional group, based in New York. Ishrath's banking and finance experience includes advising financial institutions, direct lenders, borrowers and sponsors in all manner of domestic and international financing transactions.
Ishrath obtained her JD from Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, she worked as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where she helped non-profit organizations plan and implement community development projects in economically disadvantaged areas. She joined Clifford Chance in 2021 and was admitted as an Attorney at Law in New York State in 2022.

- Advising Goldman Sachs & Co., the Arranger, in the Rule 144A offering by AASET 2022-1 Limited and AASET 2022-1 LLC, of US$522.464 million fixed rate secured notes, secured by a portfolio of 25 aircraft and related leases. Goldman Sachs acted as the lead bookrunner and Carlyle Aviation Management Limited was servicer under the transaction
