Erica Hackett's practice is focused on international trade, anti-corruption, CFIUS, and internal investigations. She advises US and international clients in matters involving compliance with Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the CFIUS national security review process for foreign investment in the United States. Erica also conducts financial crimes compliance due diligence focused on anti-corruption, sanctions, and anti-money laundering.
