Bernice is a Senior Associate in Clifford Chance’s New York office and a member of the Private Funds Group. She has previously worked out of our Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices.
Bernice advises sponsors and investors on the formation of and investment in offshore and onshore investment funds (including private equity funds, hedge funds, their related co-investments and joint venture arrangements), as well as various corporate and regulatory matters in relation to the asset management industry.
