Bernice is a Senior Associate in Clifford Chance’s New York office and a member of the Private Funds Group. She has previously worked out of our Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices.
Bernice advises sponsors and investors on the formation of and investment in offshore and onshore investment funds (including private equity funds, private credit funds, hedge funds and their related co-investments, as well as joint venture, revenue share and warehouse arrangements), along with various corporate and regulatory matters in relation to the asset management industry.
