Becca Brett’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and sanctions compliance. Becca advises clients in cross-border criminal and regulatory investigations, complex civil proceedings, and internal investigations, particularly regarding matters involving compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), economic sanctions, and the Outbound Investment Regulations (OIR). Becca has represented corporate and individual clients through government enforcement actions and has experience representing clients before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Becca has held positions working on a range of disputes and investigations, including with the Department of Justice’s Fraud Section and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
