  • ATLAS SP Partners, L.P., the warehouse finance and structured products business majority owned by Apollo funds, and Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch, as lenders on a US$2.5 billion secured asset-level debt financing warehouse facility for the Strategic Capital Initiative established by FTAI Aviation Ltd. to finance the acquisition of on-lease Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320 aircraft.
  • Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas Securities, Natixis Securities Americas, RBC Capital Markets, SG Americas Securities and SMBC Nikko Securities America, as initial purchasers, in connection with the issuance by AASET 2024-2 Trust of US$436.062 million series A fixed rate secured notes and US$44.238 million series B fixed rate secured notes secured by a portfolio of 21 aircraft and related leases.

  • Global Jet Capital, as servicer and issuer, in the first aviation securitization of the year, BJETS 2024-1. This marks the 7th ABS offering by Global Jet Capital, bringing total assets securitized to approximately US$5.1 billion and bonds issued to approximately US$4.2 billion. The jurisdictions involved in the securitization portfolio included USA, Vietnam, Cayman, Mexico and Italy.
