Alexandra Zablocki is an associate in the Business Transactions group. Alexandra brings a cross‑border and regulatory‑informed perspective to transactional work, shaped by experience in both the United States and Germany.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as an SEC Scholar, working for Chief Administrative Law Judge Metry at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Alexandra also spent time in Clifford Chance’s Frankfurt office in the US Capital Markets group.
During law school, she served as President of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court and as Managing Editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review.
